Abstract

This book covers all aspects of Surgically Facilitated Orthodontic Therapy and is intended to guide practitioners involved in dental interdisciplinary therapy to managing complex cases. It demonstrates the next level of collaboration through managing core problems of the patients and planning cases using digital dentistry for enhanced disclosed and more ideal outcomes. Methods for regaining space appropriation and dentoalveolar bone engineering are illustrated.
