Abstract

Welcome to our Learning Podcast from Assemble You. If you're a project manager, then we don't need to tell you how much pressure comes with this task. It is your responsibility to lead a large-scale measure that will result in a project that is satisfactory for those involved. A lot of money and time is invested in your chances of success. You have to choose a method that guarantees this success. Scrum is such a method. Scrum is one of several frameworks that follow the agile approach to project management. For those unfamiliar, Agile is an approach in which large projects are broken down into manageable chunks, called iterations, that cross-functional teams then work on. In this track we explain the basics of Scrum and the key roles needed when applying the Scrum method. Objectives: Learn what Agile and Scrum have in common and how they differ. Learn the most important principles and roles of the Scrum framework.
