Abstract: | "This book is intended to create a scope over Internet of Behavior. This book has begun with initially the benefits and Pitfalls of Internet of Behavior as Today, IoB has huge potential in every sector of the world. There are numerous applications for IoB which benefit users as well as the business market in order to enhance the user experience. Chapter, the benefits of IoB and its negative constraints are discussed in detail. It is high time that IoB take its crown and rule the world. Thus, the working of IoB that needs a great extent in keeping our data secure, because it can currently identify all human beings who try to steal someone's data. Moreover, the business need of IoB is in high demand. By leveraging promising technical improvement and advances in ML algorithms, IoB enables the capture, analysis, comprehension, and response to all types of person behavior in a technique that enables to track and interpretation of human behavior. IoB can be very much useful wherever the behavior, preference, interest and location of people are needed. On the other hand, an analytical study on consumer's social and behavioral psychology and its influence on online purchasing are much solicited. With the help of visualization tools such as tableau, detailed reporting on selection patterns, impact of social media on decision making and relationship of personality and purchasing power by various age groups is done. The presented study enlists major decision making psychometric factors and highlights critical factors affecting online purchases. The Role of Internet of Behavior in shaping Customer Services by using artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data, smart analytics, machine learning, and other turbulent technologies.
