Abstract

Customers who use SAP always face a bunch of issues some of which can be analyzed and help in resolution in the following ways. You will learn how to monitor ABAP Dumps(ST22) and sometimes the program that has been written lacks proper error handling which caused issues that can be analyzed using ABAP Dump. As we move further, you will study on how to monitor SAP GATEWAY to check Outgoing Emails(SOST), a common issue is customers not receiving notification emails from SAP which can be analyzed there. next, monitor SAP Fiori Gateway(/IWFND/ERROR_LOG): SAP FIORI is the new User Experience and when there are issues with the App or Security you can check in that place. Towards the end, monitor SAP JOBS(SM37): Analyze background Jobs in SAP along with that monitor IDOC Error(WE02): analyze the different statuses in Idocs and take appropriate action if it is stuck. You will learn to identify IDOCS with key fields(WE09): Idocs associated with different processes.
