Abstract

SysML, or Systems Modeling Language, is a standardized general-purpose modeling language designed specifically for systems engineering. It is an extension of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tailored to address the needs of systems engineering. SysML provides a robust framework for specifying, analyzing, designing, verifying, and validating complex systems that may include hardware, software, information, processes, personnel, and facilities. This course takes a comprehensive approach to teaching SysML and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
