"Over the past 20 years, my work in learning and development has helped to form my beliefs about leadership and management. Starting my own company 13 years ago and navigating the challenges of building a team and culture with limited resources helped me to translate theory into practice. It certainly wasn't always smooth sailing. Leading by Lifting is the distillation of those years of trial and error.
