Abstract

This book provides a broad, evidence based resource for all clinicians who encounter challenging patients suffering from TMDs. Common causes of craniofacial and myofascial pain of the head and neck, TMD treatment paradigms, and associated symptoms are explained. Background information on TMJ Anatomy, TMD Epidemiology and Pathology is given and advanced topics like therapeutic target and movement disorders and TMD are discussed.
