Abstract

Lehrbuchartige Einführung, die - anders als ältere Vergleichstitel wie etwa von G. Büschges (BA 11/97) oder W. W. Girschner ("Theorie sozialer Organisationen": ID 39/98) - sich weniger auf die Gemeinsamkeiten als auf die Unterschiede zwischen Organisationsformen konzentriert. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die wichtigsten Organisationstypen (Arbeitsorganisation, Unternehmensorganisation, Unternehmensnetzwerk, Interessenorganisation), welche jeweils in angemessener Ausführlichkeit dargestellt und anhand bekannter Theorieansätze analysiert werden.
